In this work, Betina Abi Habib starts with the notion of female docility and its inheritance through cultural production.
She gathers from her surrounding memories of the good girls, the bad, the witches, the bitches, and brings them back to life in a different form.
Moving what is stiffened, singing what should not be sung, can we play with the fire and survive it? Through this performance Betina Abi Habib wishes to explore a system of re-education through misbehaviour, further reflecting on the notion of resistance.
